Casa Lusitana Mare

With its weathered lime plaster walls, vaulted colonnades, hand-painted azulejos, and olive-filled courtyards, the villa evokes the quiet romance of southern Iberian architecture. There is a softness to the way the spaces unfold — shaded passageways opening into sunlit patios, terracotta floors warmed by the afternoon light, linen curtains moving with the sea breeze.

Rather than feeling overtly luxurious, the house leans into atmosphere and restraint, drawing from the language of old Portuguese quintas and Andalusian monasteries. The interiors feel deeply tactile and lived-in, balancing rustic textures with a refined, almost cinematic calm.

Minka Shore Retreat

Built around shadow, proportion, and stillness, the villa reinterprets traditional minka architecture through a contemporary coastal lens. Shoji screens, dark timber framing, and open thresholds dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape.
